Workspaces — run your sports academy or club in one app

A grndIN workspace is an operations hub for a sports academy, club or school team. Admins, head coaches and coaches share one space with role-based access, team channels and announcements, squads for every age group, attendance, session plans and player reports — replacing the WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets and paper registers most academies run on.

What you get with Workspaces on grndIN

  • Workspace roles: organization admin, head coach and coaches, each with the right permissions
  • Multiple sports in one workspace, with squads under each
  • Channels and announcements for your staff and squads
  • Squads with rosters, schedules, sessions and attendance
  • Session plans and test reports, approved by the head coach
  • Workspace dashboards, reports and notification settings

Workspaces — FAQs

What is a grndIN workspace?

A workspace is the private operations space for a sports academy, club or team on grndIN. Staff get roles, squads get rosters and schedules, and everyone talks in channels and announcements.

Is grndIN good for managing a cricket or football academy?

Yes. Workspaces support multiple sports, so a single academy can run cricket, football and other squads with their own coaches, sessions, attendance and reports.

Who can approve test reports?

The organization admin, or the head coach of that squad. A head coach can't approve reports for another head coach's squad.

Does a workspace replace WhatsApp groups?

For academy operations, yes: channels, announcements, schedules and attendance live in the workspace, tied to the right squad and staff.
